2019 fix: Photo Enhancer not working in Windows 10 Photos app

Photo Enhancer  fixes your photos for you in a single click. But,  retouching tool stopped working recently, the solution was to install:

Photos Media Engine Add-on

The extension appears to be available for all versions of Windows 10.
